Strategic Marketing Training and Coaching Packages -
Let a Marketing Professional Show You How it’s Done!

The first option is for Advisors who have the staff base in-house, to train and implement marketing activities within their office.   I will work with your staff and guide them through the process of developing and implementing on the various key marketing channels.  With the tools that I will present and train your staff on, they will be able to take the ball and run with it within a matter of months.  This is a short-term solution for Advisors who are ready to grow their practices through marketing and have the man power to do it.  (4 – 6 month timeframe)

The following training and coaching packages are offered:

Event and Seminar Training and Coaching Package

  • Practice systems assessment to identify your focus areas
  • One hour conference call with Advisor and or staff to identify priorities
  • Train staff on development and implementation of event marketing plan using proven tools
  • Direct staff on development of marketing event calendar
  • Regular 30 minute staff sessions on phone – number of sessions will be determined upon assessment of practice
  • Access to 6 Dynamic Directions staff webinar series sessions for clients or prospects..
  • Paid either by FC agreement or credit card
  • Terms – either lump sum or monthly over four months (Price to be determined.)

 Client Touch Deliverable System Training and Coaching Package

  • Practice systems assessment to identify your focus areas
  • One hour conference call  with Advisor and or staff to identify priorities
  • Train staff on how to setup client touches (ie: Ameriprise’s “86” touch system) via contact manager and marketing calendar
  • Set up and implement monthly “Personal Touches” system for anniversaries and birthdays.

Personal Website and Web Presence Package

  • Practice systems assessment to identify your focus areas
  • One hour conference call  with Advisor and or staff to identify priorities
  • Train staff on development and maintenance of Personal Website
  • Train staff on registration on search engines
  • Train staff on My Financial Accounts registration for client base

Comprehensive Marketing Management Package:

  • Guide Advisor and staff on how to develop a comprehensive marketing plan with practice goals in mind
  • Will include training and coaching in all areas of marketing as suggested above

Tactical Marketing Management Packages -

I Will Be Your Marketing Coordinator And Take The Burden Off Your Hands!

The second option is for Advisors who are ready to grow their practice but do not have the staff in-house to do strategic marketing or don’t want to allocate staff.  You can hire me to take job off your hands.  We will initially work together to determine your marketing goals, and then I will do the development, planning, and implementation for you.  You will essentially be getting a marketing professional with 12 years of marketing experience, working to achieve your practice goals.  (12 month timeframe)

The following marketing management packages are offered:
Event and Seminar Planning Marketing Package:

  • Practice systems assessment to identify your focus areas and number of events requested
  • One hour conference call to identify priorities
  • Manage all the logistical details involved in planning an events or seminars.
  • Manage speaker invitations and topics of discussion.
  • Develop events to suit the interest and response of clients, including positive response to education events.
  • Monitor attendee response and provide feedback report for use at future events.
  • Provide prospect list for immediate and future contact by advisor or staff.
  • Management of Prospect and Lead tracking.

Personal Website and Web Presence Package
( 12 month timeframe)

  • Practice marketing systems assessment to identify your focus areas
  • One hour conference call to identify priorities
  • Create or update Personal Ameriprise website with consistent vision and mission message throughout, and maintain site.
  • Register on LinkedIn – maintain updates and provide on-going report of status and requests.
  • Register name and personal website on all major search engines and maintain current status and provide monthly hit reports.

Client Touch Deliverable System Package
(12 month timeframe)

  • Practice systems assessment to identify your focus areas
  • One hour conference call to identify priorities
  • Develop Client Touch Deliverable Calendar
  • Register all clients for Viewpoint and eNewsletter and Jim’s Strength and Stability Newsletter
  • Set up webinars and send evites to specific client  groups
  • Register and update client lists for weekly and monthly Market Updates
  • If you make staff available, I will work with your team to develop a seminar and events calender.
  • Set up and implement monthly “Personal Touches” system for anniversaries and birthdays.

anjuli kumarAnjuli Kumar - Money Magnet Marketing Process

Anjuli has worked in the financial planning industry for over 12 years as both a Senior Planning Assistant and Paraplanner in the Washington, DC area.  Since 2006 she has been working with Kary Mangat, a Franchise Consultant as an Associate Coach to assist financial advisors with staff coaching and training.  Her experience includes developing and implementing extensive marketing programs which include event planning, web development, drip marketing systems, and public relations.  She brings with her an extensive knowledge of implementing marketing strategies and developing client acquisition and retention programs that have been proven successful.  Most recently, Anjuli has been working in the marketing capacity to assist financial advisors on mainstreaming their marketing activities through the development of a marketing plan and implementation of marketing systems.  Anjuli is dedicated to helping advisors develop successful marketing campaigns that will deliver tangible results with client acquisition.  Currently, Anjuli  is completing an Executive Coaching program at New York University. She has been a member of the American Marketing Association for over seven years.    She is the mother of two daughters, and is actively training to run the Cherry Blossom 10 mile marathon in the Spring of 2010.
